Exp2 Analytics Engine
As more people enter a space the idea is that the space will get bigger. The flowgraph reads information from an xml file that contains data about how many people are currently occupying a space. As more people a picked up by the sensor another level is added to the building allowing more space for the people to move around in. The people represent the amount people that are being picked up by the sensor and as more people appear, the more levels get added to the building.

Pure War
One may think the idea of Pure War is all about the war itself. But what about the impact it actually leaves, not only on our world, but on the individuals that fight for their country and their lives. Many war veterans suffer Post Traumatic Stress, Anxiety, Depression and other mental illnesses due to their extreme experiences with death. This installation is about the solider and his/her experiences during war. During this time it would only be natural for one to dream and/or think of home, a place of peace, a world away from where they actually are. The bright circular light in the distance represents home in the form of hope, where the square enclosed spaces give a brief escape from reality. The people lined up at the front of the vessel are ghost like as they represent the soldiers fallen friends and comrades. The fallen are all transparent apart from their heads and this is so because it acts as that constant reminder of what the solider has been through and what the solider has lost as a result of the war. This is also related to why the fallen are lined up the front of the vessel, but this has also been done as they are also acting as a barrier in that they are preventing the solider to reach "home" or believe that their is "hope" for the rest that remain to face another day of war.
PACHUBE DATA
Temperature Data Gathered from a sensor in Sydney
The data in this graph has been used in my instillation and can been seen by the change of glow between each cube room of escape. As the temperature changes so does the most suitable room for the soldier to escape to.
